Sinopsis por Julia Amigo

Dos mujeres esperan en una sala de espera mientras hablan de sexo oral, relaciones y anhelos. Una de ellas conformista, la otra combativa, cada una luchando contra sus propias ideas y concepciones vitales. La semilla de una duda comienza a brotar entre ellas, abriendo una raja luminosa que las hará replantearse los pilares de su propia relación.

Apoyada en dos actrices sólidas y creíbles, la historia discurre entre lugares comunes para ir abriendo nuevas sendas e interrogantes. ¿Y si fuera posible abrirnos a la posibilidad de volver a ser felices trasgrediendo algunas normas no escritas?

Two women wait in a waiting room as they discuss oral sex, relationships, and longings. One of them conformist, the other combative, each fighting against her own ideas and vital conceptions of self. The seed of a doubt begins to sprout between them, opening a luminous slit that will make them rethink the pillars of their own relationship.

Supported by two solid and credible actresses, the story runs between common places to open up new paths and possibilities. What if it were possible to open ourselves to the possibility of being happy again by transgressing some unwritten rules?

Carlota Callén

Directora, guionista y actriz. Formada en el estudio Corazza para el actor, y con maestros de la talla de John Strasberg, ha desarrollado su carrera de actriz en cine, teatro y televisión. Algunos de sus trabajos más destacados han sido la película «Los Futbolísimos» o la serie «El último show» de HBO, entre otros. Estudia guion y dirección de la mano de David Planell y Natalia Mateo, lo que la lleva a escribir «Mentir está muy feo», microteatro musical representado con éxito en Madrid, que también dirige y produce. Después de varios trabajos como ayudante de dirección y coach de actores, se pone detrás de la cámara para dirigir su primer cortometraje, «Mi primera opción», que también ha escrito, producido e interpretado.

Film director, scriptwriter and actress. Trained at Corazza Acting Studio by renowned teachers and coaches the likes of John Strasberg, her acting career spans film, theatre, and TV. Some of her most prominent and significant works are the film “Los Futbolísimos” and the HBO series “El último show” among others. She studied scriptwriting and film and stage direction under the guidance of David Planell and Natalia Mateo. This led her to write, direct, and produce “Mentir está muy feo”, a micro-theatre musical with great success in Madrid’s theatrical scene. After working as an assistant director and acting coach in a number of projects, she puts herself behind the camera to write, produce, and direct her first short film “My first choice”, where she also co-stars and produces.
