Temática y Filosofía del Festival

nahia film fest es un Festival de Cine que pretende abordar la sexualidad, el género y las relaciones afectivas desde una mirada abierta, inclusiva y plural.

La filosofía del festival se sustenta en dos grandes ejes: la igualdad y el reconocimiento de la diversidad.

A partir de estos pilares queremos ser una ventana a la pluralidad donde la igualdad y el respeto a los derechos humanos y culturales sean el punto de partida con el que construir un imaginario que supere y atraviese el discurso hetero-normativo, monógamo, machista y patriarcal.

 

Convocatoria 2020

El Festival presenta una Convocatoria Oficial regulada por las siguientes bases.

Los cortometrajes enviados al festival han de ser acordes con la temática y la filosofía del festival.

Los trabajos enviados tendrán una duración máxima de 30 minutos.

Las obras presentadas deben haber sido terminadas con posterioridad al 1 de Enero de 2018.

Todos los trabajos en otros idiomas del lenguaje del festival deben estar subtitulados en español. Las obras en español deben estar subtituladas en inglés.

El número de trabajos que una persona puede enviar es ilimitado.

El Festival podrá utilizar hasta un minuto de la duración de cada obra para promocionar el Festival y las obras presentadas.

La fecha límite de inscripción es el 31 de Agosto de 2020.

El jurado estará compuesto por miembros del mundo de la cultura, el cine, la comunicación y el feminismo. Su decisión será inapelable.

El 1 de Octubre de 2020 se hará pública en la web del festival la lista de trabajos seleccionados a concurso.

Las obras premiadas se comprometerán a utilizar el logo del festival en la difusión de los cortometrajes y materiales promocionales.

Las personas que inscriban sus obras en el festival cederán los derechos de proyección al “nahia film fest” única y exclusivamente durante las fechas de realización del festival (Noviembre de 2019). Así mismo, es responsabilidad exclusiva de los inscritos garantizar que el contenido de las obras no infrinjan los derechos de propiedad intelectual u otros derechos de terceros, eximiendo a la organización de cualquier responsabilidad legal.

El Festival se realizará en Granada en Noviembre de 2020. (En el caso de que por motivos de seguridad sanitaria (COVID-19) no se pueda proyectar en salas de cine, el festival tratará de realizarse en plataformas online).

La inscripción en el festival supone la aceptación de las bases que regulan el mismo.

 

Inscripción

La inscripción se realizará a través de las plataformas habilitadas en la página web del festival. http://www.nahiafilmfest.com/ La fecha límite de inscripción es el 31 de Agosto de 2020. No es necesario enviar ninguna otra información. Tanto la ficha de inscripción como el envío de los cortometrajes se hacen a través de estas plataformas.

Topic & Philosophy of Festival

nahia film fest is a Short Film Festival that aims to address sexuality, gender and emotional relationships from an open, inclusive and plural perspective.

The philosophy of the festival is based on two main themes: equality and recognition of diversity.

From these pillars we want to be a window to plurality where equality and respect for human and cultural rights are the starting point to build an imaginary beyond hetero-normative, monogamous, sexist and patriarchal discourse.

 

Call 2020

The Festival presents an Official Call regulated by the following rules.

The films must be related to the topic and philosophy of the festival.

The films will have a maximum duration of 30 minutes.

The works submitted must have been finished after January 1, 2018.

All works in other languages of the festival language must be subtitled in Spanish. Spanish works must be subtitled in English.

The number of films that a person can send is unlimited.

The Festival may use up to one minute of the duration of each work to promote the festival and films.

Deadline: August 31st, 2020.

The jury will be composed by members from the world of culture, cinema, communication and feminism. Its decision is final.

On October 1st, 2020, it will be published on the festival website, the list of selected films in competition.

The winning films committed to use the logo of the festival in promoting their short films.

People who register their works at the festival will give to “nahia film fest” the projection rights during the dates of the festival (November 2019). Also, it is the sole responsibility of the people enrolled in the festival ensure that the content of the works do not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, absolving the organization of any legal responsibility.

The Festival will take place in Granada in November 2020. (In case of health security (COVID19) it was not allowed to screen in movie theaters, the festival will try to take place on online platforms).

The registration in the festival implies the acceptance of these rules.

Registration will take place through the platforms enabled on the festival website. http://www.nahiafilmfest.com/ Deadline: August 31st, 2020. No need to send any other information. Both, the registration form and sending short films, it is through these platforms.
